Jennifer Cassetta

Self Defense Expert

Jennifer is one of the top nationally recognized female self defense experts who speaks to audiences around the country on empowerment, self-defense and wellness. Equipped with her 3rd degree black belt and Master’s degree in Nutrition, Jennifer has worked with clientele that include CEO’s, celebrities and whole organizations. Her mission is steadfast: to help people feel more strong, safe and confident from the streets to the boardroom.

After a few near brushes with disaster while living in NYC, Jennifer spent 10 years training in martial arts, becoming an expert in the fitness world and gaining her credentials in holistic health and nutrition. After achieving her 3rd Degree black belt, she moved to sunny Los Angeles. Jennifer now consults for wellness brands, creates corporate wellness programs, teaches self-defense seminars and speaks at college campuses, conferences and  corporations across the country.

Jennifer has been featured on The Today Show, The Doctors, Rachael Ray, The Real and more, and contributes to countless publications that include Livestrong.com, Shape and Fitness Magazine. She published her first book, Hear Me Roar: How to Defend Your Mind, Body and Heart Against People Who Suck in 2014 and was a featured expert on ABC's weight loss reality show, My Diet is Better Than Yours.

Andrew Sims

CEO, Dayton REALTORS®

Andrew Sims is the Chief Executive Officer for the Dayton REALTORS® in Dayton, Ohio. Before that he served for three years as the Director of Communications for the Birmingham Association of REALTORS® in Birmingham, Alabama. While in that position he served as Vice Chair and Chair for the National Association of REALTORS® Communications Directors as well as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board.

Since coming to Dayton, Andrew has served on several Ohio REALTORS® committees including Vice Chair of the newly established Ohio REALTORS® Global Real Estate Council. Additionally he has served as Vice Chair of the Issues Mobilization Task Force and a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee.

Andrew is passionate about his work for the Association namely in the areas of community development, affordable housing and economic development. He believes these areas are new frontiers for REALTORS® and Associations to make their mark and establish their value to not only the REALTOR® members but also the private and public sectors of the community. Andrew serves on several community committees and task forces as the real state representative.

Alexis Bolin

Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast

Alexis was involved in starting a new CRS Chapter, called The North Florida CRS Chapter which was approved by the Residential Council in November 2007 as the 53rd CRS Chapter. She currently serves as the 2008 President of The North Florida CRS Chapter.

During her 39 years as a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors (PAR), Alexis has been a very active member.  Alexis was one of the individuals responsible for PAR developing their own regional contacts and served as Chairman of that task force for almost 20 years. She has served as Vice President and Treasurer of PAR as well as a member of the Board of Directors. She also served as Chairman of the Professional Standards, By-Laws committee, Budget and Finance.

Dominic Pettruzzelli

Dominic Pettruzzelli has lead his life with a simple motto, “go to bed happy” This may seem like an uncomplicated daily goal to have but it has given rise to a successful and goal oriented agent in all applications of his career as well as his personal life. As a young kid Dominic grew up unprivileged and had a not so economically sound early life to no fault of his own. This was the catalyst for his caring and persistent style of business operation. He hopes to bring financial security and development to all who he works with both in real estate and daily life. By “Going to bed happy” Dominic knows that he did his best for his clients, friends, family and team; he finds that if you feel content and happy with your day you have done right by all the people in it.

Paul Dizmang

Paul Dizmang is a 25-year REALTOR® veteran who works every day in the real world of property management and investment real estate. Paul Dizmang purchased his first investment property at age 22, and quickly realized that property management can be a highly profitable endeavor, packed with unique challenges. As an educator and speaker, Paul’s high-energy presentation style and entertaining real-life illustrations have kept audiences across the country engaged and enlightened for over 15 years.

Ron Phipps

Phipps Realty Inc.

Ronald Phipps was the 2011 president of the 1,100,000 National Association of REALTORS®. Phipps has been a REALTOR® for 37 years and is principal broker of Phipps Realty Inc. in Warwick, R.I., specializing in residential brokerage.

In 2006, Ron was the presidential liaison for Housing and Diversity. Phipps’ accomplishments include Operation Home Delivery, NAR’s and Habitat International’s joint venture to build 54 homes in the Gulf region for Katrina victims. At the state level, Phipps was president of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and was named the Rhode Island’s “REALTOR® of the Year” by his peers in 1995.  Active in his community, he was one of ten finalists in the NAR “Good Neighbor Awards” in 2001 for his volunteer work with the D.A.R.E. Bike Safety Program.  He has completed the 2000 Florida Ironman, the 2000 Boston Marathon and fourteen Save the Bay swims.

Ron is a certified CIPS Instructor, a global speaker/presenter, and a spokesperson trainer.  He has worked for State and Local Associations across the country: strategic planning, mergers, leadership development, and media/spokesperson training.   Ron is Chairperson of the Board of Regent for Realtor University.

Nate Johnson

Nate K. Johnson is the President of Real Estate Solutions Group @ Redkey Realty Leaders, a full service residential real estate group with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, Nate serves as Director of Agent Development for Redkey Realty Leaders, which has over 150 agents and is the largest independent real estate brokerage in St. Louis. He also manages a sales staff while overseeing the daily operations of Real Estate Solutions.

Nate has been speaking to groups, large and small all over the country for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS and teaches the Smart Growth for the 21st Century class, which helps REALTORS gain a better understanding of how to build communities in a sustainable way. Nate is also certified to instruct NAR’s Discovering Commercial Real Estate course, which provides insight for residential practitioners who are considering commercial real estate. He is also a certified REBAC Instructor and instructs the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation course. Nate also instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Planning, and more.
