Ryan Broyles

Former NFL Player
Raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Ryan Broyles didn’t have to travel far to make a huge impact in college football. While at the University of Oklahoma, he was named a Two-time All-American, was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award for the country’s most outstanding wide receiver, and left college as the NCAA Record holder for most career receptions and receiving yards. 
In 2012, the Detroit Lions selected Ryan in the 2nd Round of the NFL Draft and was named 2012 Detroit Lions Rookie of the Year by the Detroit Sports Broadcasters Association. 
During NFL rookie orientation, Ryan heard the stories of many NFL player before him who ended up broke, and he sought to make sure his future was different. Ryan set aside 90% of his salary while in the NFL, and lived off of only $60,000 per year. With the remaining money, he invested in real estate. Now retired form the NFL, Ryan owns several dozen properties and has invested in commercial developments such as Campus Corner’s newest go-to spot: The Porch, which overlooks his alma mater.

Elizabeth Mendenhall

2019 Immediate Past President, National Association of REALTORS®

Elizabeth Mendenhall, a REALTOR® from Columbia, Missouri, is the 2019 Immediate Past President of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

A sixth-generation REALTOR®, Elizabeth is the CEO for RE/MAX Boone Realty and has been in the business for more than 20 years.

As the 2018 President of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, Elizabeth helped drive bold innovation, specifically aimed at heightening NAR’s communications, technology and advocacy strategies. Accomplishments include amplifying real-time member communications, championing fair housing, and positioning REALTORS® as technology advocates to further emphasize the critical nature of the role REALTORS® provide in the industry.

An accomplished speaker, Elizabeth represents the association and NAR’s Leadership Team, presenting to REALTOR® and industry audiences, nationwide and abroad.

Throughout her years of service, Elizabeth has earned numerous industry accolades and awards such as the RIS Media 2018 Newsmaker Award, 2017 & 2018 Swanepoel Power 200, Columbia Area Young Professionals Athena Award Inaugural Honoree, and RE/MAX International Broker Manager of the Year.

Elizabeth serves on the NAR Board of Directors, where she has served twelve times since 2005. Additionally, Elizabeth chaired the NAR Strategic Planning Committee in 2012, served as NAR Vice President of Committees in 2011 and Liaison to Association Leadership in 2008.

In addition to her national work, Elizabeth has held numerous leadership positions at state and local REALTOR® associations, as well as with the Women’s Council, including 2010 President of the Missouri REALTORS ®, 2003 President of the Columbia Board of REALTORS®, and the 2004 President of the Missouri Women’s Council.

Active in her community, Elizabeth served on the board of directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the local United Way, and Job Point. She also founded and served as the first president of the Mid-Missouri Affiliate for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.

Paul Dizmang

Dr. George Henderson

Director of the Advanced Studies Program

Since he joined the University of Oklahoma faculty in 1967, George Henderson's name has become synonymous with efforts to promote ethnic diversity and interracial understanding on the OU campus and throughout the country. Now, the university is adding to the pioneering professor's many honors by assigning his name to the newly created Henderson Scholars Program.

Henderson recently retired as Dean of the College of Liberal Studies to return to the Department of Human Relations as director of the advanced studies program. He founded OU's Human Relations program and designed its curriculum in 1969 the same year he received the Sylvan N. Goldman Professorship. He holds three additional distinguished professorships at OU: the David Ross Boyd Professorship, the Regents' Professorship of Human Relations, Education and Sociology, and the Kerr-McGee Presidential Professorship.

A trailblazer among African-American university educators, Henderson has been honored throughout the country for his research and writings. The most recent of his 29 books, is "Race and the Univeristy: A Memoir", which is an amazing recollection of his time in Norman, OK and the struggles of young students during the University of Oklahoma's own civil rights movement.

A member of the OU faculty since 1967, Henderson and his wife, Barbara, were the first African-American couple to purchase a home in Norman. Their continued dignity and courage in the face of racially motivated hostility during that time won them the admiration of the community and the university. They have worked tirelessly as mentors to African-American students and to foster human rights initiatives in Norman.

Listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who Among Black Americans and Who's Who in the Southwest, Henderson's most recent awards include the 1992 Distinguished Service Award from OU and the University of Oklahoma Association, the 1993 American Association for Higher Education's Black Caucus Award for Outstanding Educational Service, the 1996 C. V. Ramana Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Mental Health of Oklahoma's Children, the 1996 Walter Neustadt Award for Outstanding Service to University of Oklahoma Students, the OU Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Association's award as 1997's Outstanding Professor, the 2000 Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence Medal for the Outstanding College and University Professor, Henderson was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2003 and was awarded the 2004 Otis Sullivant Perceptivity Award which honors the late Otis Sullivant, a long time journalist.

The University of Oklahoma honored Dr. Henderson with a 2011 honorary doctoral degree in Humane Letters. He was one of five recipients to be recognized at the University Commencement celebration on May 13, 2011. During his 40 year tenure here at the University, Dr. Henderson has continued to contribute to the advancement and success of the University of Oklahoma.

Donny Allen

Donny Allen is a Broker/Owner and Mega Agent with Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri located in Joplin, MO.  Donny began his real estate career as a sales person with a franchise company in 1996. Donny served as President of the Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors in 2008 and has received the 3 major awards given by his board which include Rookie of The Year, Realtor Spirit Award and Realtor of The Year.  Donny holds the ABR, CIPS, CL, CLHMS, CRB, CRS, GRI, MGRI, MRE, PMN, and SRS designations in addition to the AHWD, e-Pro PSA, and SFR certifications.  He has been teaching, training, mentoring and coaching agents for more than 20 years.  Donny is a graduate of the 2006 Missouri Realtors Leadership Academy and the 2017 NAR Leadership Academy.  He has served on the Board of Directors at the local and state level for many years as well as serving on numerous committees and output groups at the local and state level.  Highlights include: Chairman of Missouri Realtors Leadership Development Output Group in 2014, MR Strategic Planning, MR Executive Committee, Chair of MR Grievance Forum 2016, MR Advocacy Committee 2016, MR Budget and Finance Committee, MR RPAC Trustee 2013-2016, 2017-2018, Golden R President’s Circle and the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2017.

As you can tell…Donny is a hard working Realtor who lives to help and serve at a high level in his chosen profession.  What you may not know…is that Donny has a passion to serve and protect his Realtor family and others by educating and training them in the areas of safety and security.  Donny is an approved NAR Safety Instructor.  The Center for Specialized Realtor Education allows approved instructors to present Real Estate Safety Matters, a course designed to educate and bring to light, some key safety concerns, tips and best practices.  Donny brings his skills from mixed martial arts, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Certified Home Firearm Safety Instructor, USCCA Certified Concealed Carry Firearms Instructor and ALICE Training Institute Certified Instructor to add personal insight to the NAR Safety Course.  ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate.   ALICE is the number one active shooter civilian response training for all organizations.

Janet Judd

Broker, RE/MAX Results in St. Louis, MO

Janet Judd is a Broker/Sales Associate with RE/MAX Results located in St. Louis, MO.  Janet began her career as a part time REALTOR in 1985 while she was a police officer for a city in St. Louis.  She was the first and only  female working with 55 other police officers and got to work with many other municipalities in many capacities and operations through her five year career. She ended up marrying a police officer she met there and they have been married 33 years.  Once she decided to go into real estate full time, she never looked back.   She was 14th in her company last year in Sales Volume out of almost 200 agents.  Janet recently earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation- only 3200 in the world, she is a CRS, GRI,ABR,SFR,and SRES. All of these are designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Janet is now on the 2018 Treasurer-Elect for Missouri Realtors and looks forward to being your President in 2021. She was the 2016 Salesperson of the year for MO Realtors and is a RPAC Trustee. She is a graduate of the Missouri REALTORS Leadership Academy.   She has served on National committees under five different presidents on Professional Standards and Risk Management.

Janet received her first St. Louis Association of Realtors award as Sales Associate of the Year in 2000 and chaired almost every committee under she eventually was President of the Association in 2015.

Safety has always been on Janet’s radar and she will now focus on helping her fellow REALTORS become more aware of the dangers that face them in the field.

Philip Becker

Broker, Becker Properties in San Antonio, TX

Philip B.W. Becker is the founder and broker of Becker Properties in San Antonio, Texas. Currently home to about 50 REALTORS, Becker Properties has two locations, an in-house video production team and focuses on providing tech tools to improve the business of their agents. Philip was a REALTOR 30 Under 30 honoree in 2014. He served as Chair of The National Association of REALTORS Young Professionals Network in 2016. He’s also served NAR on committees such as Strategic Planning, Housing Opportunity and Risk Management Issues as well as on the NAR Board of Directors. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC, a member of the President’s Circle and a recent inductee into the RPAC Hall of Fame. Philip’s free time consists of spending time with his fiancé Krista, also a REALTOR, and traveling to his vacation homes on the Texas coast and in the US Virgin Islands. 

Krista Knight


Krista Knight is a transplanted REALTOR in San Antonio, Texas. She was originally licensed in California and now holds licenses in both states. At the beginning of her career Krista began serving on her local YPN committee. That led to serving on the California Association of REALTORS YPN Advisory Board for 4 years, with the final year serving as the 2018 Chair. During her time on the Advisory Board, C.A.R. YPN took home the NAR state network of the year award twice. Krista has served on a variety of committees at her local, state & national associations and continues to invest in RPAC as a major investor. 

Other than enjoying the realtor life, Krista enjoys spending time traveling with her fiancé Philip, visiting nieces & nephews, as well as watching the San Francisco Giants! 

Rebecca Donatelli

Rebecca Donatelli, ABR®, SRS, is a national speaker with a focus on utilizing Social Media, specifically Instagram, for your Real Estate Business. She was recently honored by Realtor Magazine in their 30 Under 30, class of 2019. She was voted a Top REALTOR® in Northeast Ohio by Cleveland Magazine in 2018, and remains a top producer at her brokerage. Rebecca sits on the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and is the chair of their Young Professional Network Committee. She also co-hosts their New Member Orientations, and sits on the Event Planning Committee, and Affiliate Committee. She is also a state director for Ohio Realtors, as well as a State Political Coordinator.
