Cancellation Policy:
Per the OAR Policy & Procedure Manual Section 204-1. Events:
Refund of OAR event (conferences, etc.) registration fees will be granted upon written request received in the OAR office at least ten (10) days prior to the first day of the event for which payment was made. For any written request received during the period beginning nine (9) days prior to the event, a refund will be granted, minus a (15%) processing fee.
COVID-19/Health Considerations:
OAR will be enforcing local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding COVID-19. Attendees who are sick, have COVID-19 symptoms or are positive for COVID-19 should not attend the conference.
Currently, there is no mask requirement for attendees, but all are encouraged to take appropriate precautions they deem necessary. Attendees will be notified about any changes to mask or other COVID-19 policies and will also be reminded of the status of health considerations at check in.
Contingency Policy:
Currently, the 2021 OAR Annual Conference is an in-person event. OAR is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic ahead of the event. Should the event be changed to virtual or hybrid, attendees will be immediately notified and be given an option of what they would like to do with their registration, depending on the circumstance.
Any decision made about the status of the conference will be made by the OAR Executive Committee.
