She obtained her real estate license in 1998 and has held many roles since, including management, where she oversaw thousands of real estate transactions and helped agents build and grow their careers. In 2016, she started her own real estate team, dedicated to providing clients with an exceptional experience through market knowledge, negotiating skills, and superior concierge service.
Alyssia is also a coach for Ferry International, the No. 1 real estate coaching and training company. She speaks, coaches, and trains agents all over the USA and Canada, with a focus on business building strategies, leadership skills, and lead generation. She has been featured in the Baltimore Sun as well as in the national media. Alyssia is also a volunteer for State and Local REALTOR® Associations and was the 2018 President of Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®.

Born and raised in Northwest Montana, Kathy worked in a variety of occupations from fighting forest fires to insurance agent until she finally landed in Real Estate 20 years ago and hasn't looked back. Fun fact: Kathy completed 13 half marathons in 2013. She has run 9 marathons including the Marine Corp Marathon and finished her first (and likely her last) 50 mile run in Montana June of 2015.

A native Oklahoman, Chuck attended the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of the President’s Leadership Class and his studies included fine arts and business communications. He currently resides in Oklahoma City and is a national Speaker, Coach and Trainer with The Locker Room, a real estate coaching and training company and a team lead of The Advocate Group of EPIQUE Realty. Chuck has been active in the real estate industry 23 years where he has held various committee and board positions both on the local, state and national levels.

Nick is presdient of CCIM Oklahoma, a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) and a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), has served as the Government Affairs Chair and currently serves as a Past President for the NAIOP Oklahoma Chapter. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
