Nationally, Gene appears regularly on Fox Business, MSNBC, as well as CBS Eye on the World with John Batchelor and SiriusXM’s Wharton Business Channel where he talks about the financial, economic and technology issues that affect business leaders today.
Through his keynotes and breakout sessions, Gene helps business owners, executives and managers understand the political, economic and technological trends that will affect their companies and—most importantly—the actions they can take to continue to grow and profit.
Lani is the COO and News Director at The American Genius, she co-founded BASHH (The Big Ass Social Happy Hour, a popular tech networking event), Austin Digital Jobs (a massive, rowdy Facebook Group), Remote Digital Jobs (their newest Facebook Group), once co-authored a book about real estate, and is a seasoned business writer and editorialist with a penchant for the irreverent.
Mr. Woods is on the global faculty of the National Association of REALTORS as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Instructor. He is also on the faculty at Florida REALTORS.
Mr. Woods has been awarded as Broker of the Year-Mid Size Broker, by Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches in 2013, Honor Society by Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches in 2015 and Additional Honors & Awards by Who’s who for several years.
Mr. Woods is passionate about professional education. He has instructed in many professional settings, including multiple REALTORS Associations.
Prior to entering the real estate industry as an agent, Josh was a commercial real estate investor and business owner of restaurants and other related companies. He started in real estate full time in 2008 and within the first two years, earned his broker license and many of the most prestigious real estate-related designations that exist. After a few years Josh transition into a leadership role at the brokerage where he worked, assisting, training, and even mentoring agents to help them achieve success and reach their full potential in real estate. During this time, he learned the mistakes that many agents make that the successful agents avoid and developed his philosophy of “not just closing deals but closing customers for life.”
When he isn’t busy closing deals and teaching, Josh enjoys a number of interests and hobbies including writing, ballroom dancing, reading, playing board games, watching a great movie, and traveling the world.
Tammy Edwards is the Senior Vice President of the Community Engagement and Inclusion Division and Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City. She is also a member of the Bank's Management Committee, which is responsible for the Kansas City Fed's strategic planning and policy direction.
